Ms. Wulf brings over thirty years professional experience gained through assignments in Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit and privately held enterprises, primarily in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities have included: financial and strategic advisory roles within payor/provider organizations, investment banking, valuation and consulting; and most recently in research administration. Her experiences with research administration provide key insights to grant and contract funding mechanisms, and the compliance and regulations associated with these instruments.
An avid equestrian nearly her entire life, Ms. Wulf has recently achieved her license from the USEF as an Eventing Judge (recorded). She actively rides competitive dressage with her two riding horses, and is starting from ‘scratch’ with her homebred weanling. Ms. Wulf was nominated by Councilmember Lessie Price and has been confirmed as a member of the Equine Committee for the Aiken City Council.
Ms. Wulf received a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver. She and her husband, Tim Frantz, reside in Aiken and are enjoying all the Best Small Town in the South has to offer.
